The practical details

Everything guests ask before they apply. Anything not answered here, ask on the call — every application is reviewed personally, and if it’s a fit, we call within 48 hours.

(001)

What’s included?

All programming across the five nights, every meal from the wellness menu — cooked from Barnsley’s kitchens and gardens — two spa treatments, a cooking class, a fitness consultation, all materials, and the full ninety days of follow-through after checkout: monthly coaching calls, weekly practices, and the day-90 re-measurement.

(002)

What’s not included?

Your room and your travel. Lodging is booked separately with Barnsley Resort at Barnsley’s rate — once an application is accepted we send the booking details, and rooms are held for the cohort. Getting to Adairsville, about an hour north of Atlanta, is up to you.

(003)

What does it cost?

$795 per guest, per night, for five nights — $3,975 per guest. That covers everything above except the room, which is booked directly with Barnsley at their rate.

(004)

What if I need to cancel?

A full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee, until 45 days before arrival. From 44 to 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund. After that, no refund — but the full amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future Santerra experience within eighteen months. The complete terms are on the policies page.

(005)

I have dietary restrictions. Can the kitchen work with them?

Yes — everything is accommodated. The menu is built around what guests tell us before they arrive. The table is plant-forward, cooked from the gardens, with fish and poultry options through the week.

(006)

Is there alcohol?

The week is alcohol-free by design — wait until you try what’s in the glass.

(007)

How fit do I need to be?

There are no prerequisites. Every activity has a gentler version — the trails have shorter loops, the movement sessions scale to the body doing them, and everything all week is an invitation, never a requirement.

(008)

What about my phone?

Yours to keep — there’s no confiscation and no lockbox. We simply invite phones to rest in the room during sessions and at the table. Most of our guests find they’ve stopped reaching for them by the second morning.

(009)

What should I bring?

Layers for a North Georgia November — mild days on the trail, cool evenings outside. Good walking shoes. A swimsuit for the spa and the water facilities. The rest is waiting in your room.

(010)

What happens in the ninety days after?

The experience doesn’t end at checkout. Monthly coaching calls with Jared and Annette, weekly practices that keep the work holding, the company of your cohort — and at day ninety we measure again, so our guests see the before-and-after in their own numbers. All of it is included.
