The terms, in plain language

The short version of what guests agree to. The complete terms live in the guest agreement, signed electronically at booking.

(001) Payment, cancellation & refunds

Deposits and refunds

  • Deposit: 50% at booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation by guest: full refund minus a $250 administrative fee until 45 days before arrival; 50% refund from 44 to 30 days before arrival; thereafter no refund, but the full amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future Santerra program within 18 months.
  • If Santerra cancels the program, guests receive a full refund. Lodging refunds are governed by Barnsley’s policy.
  • Santerra is not responsible for guest travel costs.
  • Lodging is contracted separately between guest and Barnsley Resort and is not part of the program agreement.

(002) The nature of the program

Wellness education, not medical care

The Signature Experience is an educational and experiential wellness program. Santerra and its facilitators are not physicians, psychologists, therapists, or licensed healthcare providers, and nothing in the program constitutes medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. We encourage every guest to consult their own physician before attending, and every activity all week is an invitation, never a requirement.

(003) Your data

Your results are yours

Assessment results and any wearable data a guest chooses to share belong to the guest. If we publish outcomes, it is only in aggregate and de-identified form — never named, never individual, never shared with other guests. Sharing wearable data is voluntary and can stop at any time, and guests may request deletion of their raw data after the day-90 report.
