Your data is yours
Santerra is a wellness experience, not a data business. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the promises we make about it. In plain language: we collect only what helps us serve you and measure the experience, and we never sell or share your personal information.

(001) Who we are
Santerra is a wellness program operated by Rhodium Ventures. When you apply for or attend the Signature Experience at Barnsley Resort, we are the party responsible for the information you share with us.

(002) What we collect
Application information you provide: name, email, phone, city, and what you tell us about why you're drawn to the experience.
Communication records: our emails, texts, and calls with you before, during, and after the experience.
For booked guests: the Flourishing Assessment results you generate on flourishingassessment.com, and — only if you choose to share it — summary data from a wearable device (resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep) at the start and again around day 90.
Basic health information you disclose so we can care for you safely during the week. This is seen only by our facilitation team and, where relevant to a treatment, the resort's spa staff.

To personalize your experience and design your week with care.
To show you your own before-and-after — the measured change over 90 days.
To evaluate and improve the program, and to report outcomes.
(004) How outcomes are published
Only in aggregate and de-identified form — for example, "average resting heart rate across the cohort fell X percent."
Your individual results are never published, never shared with other guests, and never attached to your name without your separate written permission.
(005) Who processes your data
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the experience: a customer-relationship platform for email, text, and scheduling; website hosting; and standard business software. Each is bound to use your information only to provide their service to us.
We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.
(006) Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, or request deletion — email hello@santerraexperience.com and we will honor it.
Sharing wearable data is entirely voluntary; you may decline or stop at any time without affecting your participation.
We do not sell or share your personal information. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing — and there is nothing to opt out of, because we do neither.
(007) A note on health information
Santerra is not a healthcare provider, and the information we hold is not medical-record data. Please share health concerns with your own physician. We treat everything you tell us as sensitive and store it in access-controlled systems.
